Our primary focus is compost manufacturing and industrial services, including mobile dewatering and transportation. We design, build and manage our own composting facilities, and we license our designs and technologies to others.
Most jobs relate to product manufacture and the transportation of raw feedstocks and products, including experienced heavy equipment operators and CDL drivers, as well as owner-operators. We have a small office and sales staff assigned to each facility, too.
Site teams focus on product manufacture and sales. The corporate office handles business development, IT, marketing, media relations and sales management.
We offer wages at or above community averages and a full benefit package.
We’re looking for people who are rapid adapters and can think outside of the box while also working within established systems and management protocols.
